Patient Relation:
Patient Relation Department deals with the patient's
needs or suggestions and endeavors to make the patients satisfied
from their admission through their stay until their discharge and
also during their outpatient clinic visits . Patient Relation Department
acts as an important link between the patients and different department
of the hospital by giving complete information about the hospital
different services and activities , and by escorting patients &
directing them while they are inside the hospital premises . They
also make daily rounds to all admitted patients and try to respond
to their needs & requests. They ensure that all related departments
( housekeeping , maintenance, nursing , medical , catering , etc…
) are giving the optimum care & service for our beloved patients
.
Appointment:
The appointment staff receive outside/inside calls
for booking appointments and controlling schedules and appointments
for more than 150 physicians. They are also giving complete information
about all physicians and the specialties working in the hospital
. They also remind all patients about their scheduled appointments
by calling them one day before their appointment date.
Medical Reports:
They issue sick leaves , birth notifications , medical
reports , copy of medical files , medical certificates , death certificates , and other legal papers . They respond to all patients needs related
to medical reporting & certification. |
